And because we buy as a group — around 2,500 frames in an average week — we secure pricing that benefits every customer across all our depots.

What are your lead times?

Our Leeds depot is a supply-only window and door trade counter, so our opening hours are set to suit the trade, with early starts in the morning and a close in the late afternoon. We open our doors at 7:30 AM and operate through the day until 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We are not open at weekends, as the trade is generally not at work. Do I need an account to buy from the depot?

Yes — windows are manufactured to your exact specified sizes. The Leeds team is always happy to talk a measurement through before you order; our counter staff have years of experience and would rather check than see a frame come back requiring a remake due to a mis-measure.
