Our role through Find Me an Installer is to help homeowners understand the products available and, where appropriate, connect them with experienced installers from our established trade network. This means you can benefit from our product knowledge and trade expertise while choosing the installer who is right for you.
Not without your permission. We understand that your personal information is important and that you may not want your details passed to multiple installers. Our standard process is to identify suitable installers in your area and provide their details to you, allowing you to make contact directly. If you would prefer us to make an introduction and pass your details to a particular installer, you can give us permission to do so. You remain in control of who contacts you.
No — not as a result of us automatically passing your details to installers. We don’t want the Find Me an Installer service to result in homeowners being bombarded with calls from different companies.
